Brown rice 500 g 

The bran layer of organic brown rice is not removed, so it is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is called as the king of the grains.

Bulgur 500 g  

Bulgur is a green wheatgrain dried traditionally by sun. Precooked. We suggest it as garnish or put into salads with onion.

Buckwheat, hulled 250g / 500g

It has a considerable content of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and P vitamine, that enhances connective tissues, protects heart and vascular system. Buckwheat warms up the body.

Couscous 500 g 

It is made from the hard part of the hard wheat durum. Couscous is traditionally served under a meat or vegetable stew.

Chickpea 400 g 

Chickpeas are a good source of zinc, dietary fibre and protein. Put it into salads, soups or use it as a base of rissole or lenten pie.

 

Red lentil 250 g / 500g 

 

 

Apart from a high level of proteins, red lentils also contain dietary fiber, vitamin B1, and minerals.

It is a glutenfree flour made of brown rice. Use it for thickening creams, sauces or vegetables.
