Brown rice, fast cooking Organic 500g

The advantage of the long-grain rice, is that the grains don't stick together, so it's perfect for risotto and a s a side dish. This type is a premium quality organic rice.

The only grain that contains whole value protein.  It is alkalizing food.

The millet has a very good characteristic: it's GLUTEN-FREE.
How to prepare: Fry the millet on a little oil, add the double quantity of salty water, and boil it for 20 minutes.

Corn grits, Organic 500g


It has high fibre content. It is a greate energy recource so it is traditionally served for breakfast. How to prepare: boil it in triple quantity of salty water for 10 minutes.
